When Veitch's son Ryan was married, his bride-to-be asked her to create a Rice Krispie wedding cake. Most of us couldn't fathom this as possible but Veitch's creation was a work of art.

Sheri Rampton wanted a cake that looked like a pile of gifts. To create this lavish look, Phyllis Veitch sculpted the individual gifts from a carrot cake with cream cheese filling, a marble cake, a white cake, a chocolate cake, and topped it off with a marble cake.
