wedding theme. It is suggested that brides add a splash
of color somewhere in their white theme and floral is a
perfect way to do it. By adding a bright colored wedding
bouquet, the bride is sure to stand out on her wedding
day. Bridesmaids can also have a hint of color in their
bouquets or for a more dramatic effect on the brides
bouquet; they can simply carry all white.
Decorative Accents
To avoid a dull look, brides using this theme should use
accents in silver or gold. Sparkly fabrics and glittery
candles are wonderful for this look. Candles are most
appropriate for an evening wedding and when used in
abundance can set a romantic and elegant mood. For
outdoor use in the evening, brides can create candle
walkways to lead guests in and out of the reception
areas.
Another great accent for an evening wedding is strings
of white lights. White lights work well both indoors and
outdoors. For indoor use, consider pairing them with
white tulle and draping them on the ceiling. For outdoor
use, simply wrap them into trees or on walkways and
banisters.
Brides who choose to use the white wedding theme should
make sure all of their whites go together. Every fabric
looks different in white and they can clash if not
matched correctly. This theme offers a classy and
timeless look and can be used at any time of year and in
any season.
